## Services and prices

- **Websites** — $7,500 fixed price. Discovery, design, content and agreed rounds of revisions are included. The client reviews a private preview before it goes live.
- **AI agents** — from $35,000 to build, plus from $2,000 a month to keep the agent running. Software that does defined, repetitive work for a business: sorting incoming information, preparing drafts, helping a team find answers. Its permissions and limits are written down and it is proven in a sandbox before it touches a real account. It has an off switch, and keys are kept out of the code.
- **Apps** — from $45,000. Booking journeys, customer portals and internal workspaces. Discovery settles the features and the final price before the build begins; progress is shown in visible milestones.
- **Custom software** — from $70,000. Connects disconnected tools and supports how a business actually operates. Changes to live data are rehearsed on a copy first. Code, documentation and keys are handed over.

For agents, apps and custom software, the final price is agreed after discovery and before the build. There is no hourly meter and no surprise invoice.

## How a project works

1. Talk it through — how the work happens now, who uses it and where it gets stuck. No technical brief is needed.
2. Put it in writing — what will be built, what it will cost, and which decisions need the client.
3. Review the build — a private preview or working milestone, checked against the brief.
4. Take it over — the finished work is checked, anything failing is fixed, and it is handed over with the code and access.

## Standards

- Nothing invented: every claim written for a client has a source.
- Nothing ships red: if a test or check fails, the work does not move forward until it is fixed.
- The client sees it first, in a private preview, before it goes live.
- At handover the client receives the source code, maintenance notes and access to the accounts it uses; any account held for them is transferred on request, usually the same day.
